A one-day workshop, for example, might include:

Exercises
To enable participants to identify some of their key strengths and weaknesses, see what limits them and what serves them, and plan their ideal life
Yoga, breathing and relaxation practices
Including: simple and easy postures drawn from Satyananda practices; pranayama breathing practice; and yoga nidra for profound relaxation. The many benefits of yoga include improved sleep, lowered anxiety, flexibility, strength and peace of mind.
Delicious food
Lunch will be a nutritious, wholesome, energy-giving meal.
